My Life Was Like A Misguided Rocket......

We all have dreams!!!....and Life is all about chasing it....As a kid, I was always inquisitive to know how things work and always aspired of becoming an engineer...On my 16th birthday I swore to myself, I’ll grow to be one..So after X, I ditched biology without a second thought and went ahead with the computer stream....and Indeed, I had made the right choice…. life moves on.....the next big thing was cracking the entrance examination..Yeah!!..I knew it was tough...unlocking da vinci might have been a lot easier.....The very thought of studying in a prestigious college and the pride of being an entrance topper made me a serious man ....Without wasting a minute, ran off to the book shelf, dusted off brothers iit books.....and started off.....tatz when i remembered my father's saying "Always pray to god before making a fresh start"...I couldn’t agree more, after all the almighty had a big part in grooming me into an engineer [They say 50% is with god and 50 % is with us....plzzz don ask "they" who?]...closed the book ,made a quick prayer and signed in...Now nothing else in world could stop me...endless pictures of Einstein ,Newton and Rutherford flashed across my mind ...i cudnt resist more....quickly turned to page 1....nothing interesting page 2...preface...page 3....index.....flipped over and over.....,finally ....Chap 1....SI Units......My eyes gleamed like that of a hungry tiger waiting to assault his prey .....I could feel my adrenaline racing; heart was beating faster and faster........took a deep breath and..........................lo beholds..........................Achooooooooooo!!!!...

Ps:- Havn’t I told you that, I am allergic to books....oh sorry!!! dust ;-)..........

I was quite disheartened, life is like that....it throws u endless sticks before showering carrots....My parents tried getting me new books but that didn't help.....When i screw up things, I just sit back and figure out the root cause for the problem......spent endless night thinking about it....and time jus fled away...finally the d-day arrived...I had no other plans other than facing it unarmed like a daring bollywood hero.

Went there and gave my best shot...did my science paper well, but had to throw in my towels before maths....soon results arrived and I realised that i wasn’t the last one...there were thousand 's of 'em after me....though I never cared about the thousands in front of me....

Then the hunt for finding a good college began, travelled all around Kerala for finding one ....My entire destiny was diverted by a road sign which said "Amrita College" ... 2months later I entered amrita as an engineering student....Though life wasn't looking interesting enough for first few months gradually everything changed for good.....

4 years passed by swiftly and the day of reckoning came - I became an engineer....My life has been a misguided rocket, it never went the way i had planned but at some point I made mid course corrections and was able bring it back to my control and make a safe landing...I strongly believe in the saying "You solely are responsible for your fate"....No one but my family and beloved friends to thank for being there thick and thin....

Most Awaited Launch......

Today, I'm as excited as I was 8years ago when i had just launched my debut site....The site brought be fame and adulation among my peers....I wouldn’t claim it to be the best; after all there was a limit to what a 14 year old could do when computers and internet were literally unknown. From then,there was no looking back...successfully launched many sites and web designing became my favourite hobby....Thx to google,it helped a lot in my learning process...During this period adobe launched flash intended for delivering rich multimedia content for websites...gradually i ported to flash...Though i was sucessful in mastering few tricks I never became a pro at it....Meanwhile, i was in xth...and my interests diverted to the programming side...

It had always been a dream to develop a flash based site ,but i cudnt do it then as there were far less sites offering free domains and there were upload limits...Slogged hard to find a work around and ultimately managed to make my site running, Little did I know that no one else cud visit it as dial up connections running at that time was incapable of loading the flash content...All dreams ended there....

Days went by...and every time I visited a flash site,i used to think about my childhood desire....Today,developing one isnt a big deal...as there are many sites that give away free webspace and internet connections are much faster...But after switching to programming , frankly, I lost my passion for developing flash contents...But recently for some reasons i had to work again with flash...and after using it for sometime...my interest was rekindled and I thought of fullfilling my childhood desire....Started off immediately as i believe"Thinking is just a waste of time"...Took about 10 days to complete it and today it is piloted for testing....I was happy to see my site loading within 5sec in a 2Mbps connection...
